The organization is managed by Mrs. Uma Preman with 6 staff, over 60 acclaimed medical practitioners who work voluntarily & a host of well-wishers & volunteers. 

Santhi Subsidized Dialysis Centre in Trichur, Palakkad and Santhi Mobile Dialysis Unit are well equipped with 13 dialysis machines running for the under privileged with well qualified Nephrologists, 37 full time staff and technicians.
